• All users agree to comply with local laws, HOA/condo rules, and lease or ownership restrictions.
• Users are responsible for their own conduct and for any damage or loss caused during a stay.

5. Payments and Fees

If the Service offers paid features now or in the future, you agree to the pricing, billing, and tax terms presented at checkout. All charges are final unless otherwise required by law.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, post, or upload (e.g., photos, descriptions, reviews). You grant Nest-Swap a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.
